7. Soilless cultivation of ginger, turmeric, chilli and coriander leaves and spice based cropping /intercropping.

8. Development of low-cost garlic, ginger and turmeric planting, harvesting and sorting machines.

9. Improvement of quality of life and nutrition of farmers by development of varieties of spices suitable for grassland, saline, drought, barind, hills, howr area throw expansion of cultivation and increase in production.

10. Cultivation of varieties and technology models for residential courtyards, rooftops, new orchards, fallow lands.

11. Dissemination of improved technologies developed through research to farmers through field applicability testing, training, publication and dissemination.
